Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Just Shampooed, every appointment is intentionally held space — for your scalp, your story, and your reset. When that space goes unused, it can’t be offered to someone else who needs it. To honor your time and ours, please review our policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This gives us time to offer your spot to another guest. Cancellations made with proper notice are always free. Late Cancellations (under 24 hours) A fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge to the card on file. Future bookings will require a non-refundable deposit. Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to protect the next guest’s time. The full service fee still applies. Deposits Tier 3 — The Rebirth and Crown Alchemy Consultations require a 25% deposit at booking. Deposits are applied to your service total and are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Card on File A valid card is required to book all appointments. We never charge without cause — this simply protects the integrity of our schedule and our shared space.
